I personally love the supersets cos it involves 2 exercise of different muscle groups to save TIME; more Efficiency in a training session while not occupying every machine in the gym

I'd enjoy finishing my workout here with a little hyperthrophy+endurance. Beginners (Female or Male) would find this 2 combo Beneficial as a warm up to help them progress to Barbell Bench Press or Pull Ups
